Sorta me, but I avoid Tabasco since it's all heat but no flavor.
I think it's literally 4 ingredients; distilled vinegar, cayenne pepper, water, salt.
I like a bit more garden in my hot sauce, like Cholula :D

I like spicy but not atomic! Cajun comes to mind. There's barely anything spicy in Wisconsin, their cuisine is so bland.
