A new ref of my Wyvern character that I had redesigned with a lot of help from DelusionalPuffball over on Deviantart.
Brief background:
Akral lives in self exile, residing deep within heavily snowy and mountainous regions where almost constant harsh blizzards and freezing temperatures makes it impossible for humans and most creatures to travel within or survive more than a few days before submitting to hypothermia, frostbite or other equally fatal outcomes. His ability to survive is purely down to his size and strength allowing him to brute force his way through the harsh conditions to hunt, drink or take care of other daily activities, though his travel is fairly restricted as brute forcing his way through surving there can find him sapped of all his strength and also falling victim to nature like many others if he can't make it back home.
As for his past and why he decided to self exile in such a place is unknown, he's lived through multiple life cycles of other species, any knowledge of his past is lost to history amongst other species leaving him as the only witness. The only clues one has to his past life should they ever run into him is his scared, blind left eye and the man-made metallic spike that has replaced the tip of his tail.
