A good natured wolf, Doug is Reynard's best friend since they were cubs. He doesn't always approves of Reynard's scams but he goes along with it. He does try to talk Reynard out of doing something bad and deceitful but it never works out Doug could have easily left him for new friend but he is very loyal. And Reynard would get himself hurt without him. Doug also works at the hotel as a bellboy.
