This fellow was seen previously in Utukufu's Recruiting Drive picture, somewhere in this same folder. In that picture he was "persuaded" by Captain Utukufu, Captain of the N3 class airship Sahara Glory, to join her crew. Chains were involved.
He seemed pretty happy, though, and the life of a Legitimate Trader who Is Not Now nor Ever Has Been an Aerial Pirate seems to have agreed with him. He is having a grand time (and is likely as harmless as he appears.)

Caribou and posted by permission, as always. Such a cute fellow. I guess I am the one writing the story of his career, if anyone is, and I will not let anything horrible happen to him. :)
