He is when laughing XD

Sabrewulf did seem quite a tortured individual in the games so I think he's someone whom it would actually do him some good to receive a good tickling. Laughter is a good stress reliever and I imagine that it's been a very long time since he's been able to really genuinely have some proper laughter.

Maybe this situation is actually someone having felt sympathy for Sabrewulf and wanting to get him to relax and have a good laugh. Given that he's an extremely ferocious and powerful werewolf though they wanted to take precautions so that would be the reason for the restraints. This could be the moment where he has finally been able to relax, enjoy the laughter and really feel himself lose some of the tension.

He does look adorable like this though I wonder if he might be thinking he should wear a shirt from now on.
