This is a long overdue request from Blazeheart. Sorry it took so long...
Anyway the request was for his carebear character Majestic-heart Phoenix in a pair of nice new pull-ups training pants so here she is in all her feathery glory!
I've never really drawn an avian before so there was a steep learning curve here, but I think she looks pretty good considering. Unfortunately, my scanner acts weird whenever I use yellow so I'll just say that the colouring looks a lot better in person and leave it at that...

Nah, I think the wings and thumbs actually add to the cutness of the overall picture. Gives it a more playful look, which I believe someone in her situation would be more inclined to be giving off.
