For those that missed it, here's what I was working on in yesterday's Ustream.
Something I did for fun in between working on commissions. It's loosely Mardi Gras themed, and I'm hoping to bring 13x19 prints of the finished image with me to FWA (since the theme IS Mardi Gras). Though, it wasn't done for any reason than as an excuse to test some techniques out.
The left half is the background (it's unfinished, still needs a LOT of casted shadows added, plus reflections in the window), and the right half is the partially-inked sketch (I had to stop part way through because of work.. *cough*)
Prints will be a limited run, somewhere between 10 & 20 total (I haven't decided on the exact number yet). They'll be for sale at FWA, and any extras will be available after the con for those who might want one. ^_^
One last thing: I fucking LOVE drawing VINES omg ^_^

The background looks 2-dimensional, like the white decorative parts are just cutouts applied to the surface of the building. It's hard to tell if it's supposed to be a balcony. If it's not a balcony, and she's actually sitting on the windowsill, make sure she fits inside the window?
Character is nicely energetic-seeming, though. Looks good in that regard.
