Hope so because so far there has been very little mention or hint as to what happened to the dragon elders or the temple. We have very little time reference as to how long it has been since DoTD. Sure Spyro and the other young dragons are all now adults but we know nothing about the other older dragons. We have not even seen Ignitus as the Chronicler yet.
We don't even know what happen to Hunter either although he is probably either dead or old by now.
