After freeing the young woman from the quicksand, she thanked Mikey, and told him her name was Hula Girl, Paradise Defender of Coconut Island, as he did the same and introduced himself, though without as much grandeur as she did. But before they could get to know each other better, screams could be heard from the distance, grabbing their attention. Both of them rushed towards the screams, where they found themselves at a small village, seeing people running for their lives, as some of the homes and buildings were being destroyed by a Monster. Mikey and Hula Girl ran towards what was causing all of the damage, as they went by people running for their lives. When they reached a large clearing in the village, they spotted a large Monster that looked like a giant bag filled with gold and treasure, while a small person was riding on top of it. Hula Girl only saw it as an intruder riding a creature causing trouble, but for Mikey, he knew exactly what it was. It was a Heartless. Specifically, it was the Adventurer Heartless.


Hula Girl and Mikey readied themselves for a fight, and without a word they rushed forward at the enemy, Hula Girl’s spear in hand as she saw Mikey reach out with his left hand, and summoned out a Bow Keyblade. Hula Girl leapt in and swung her heavy bladed spear in a wide arc, smacking the Heartless hard, causing it to stagger back, though oddly her blade didn’t pierce it. While it was distracted Mikey raised his Bow Keyblade up into the air, and used Nature's Favor on himself, a vibrant green glow surrounding him for a moment, causing his strength to increase, as a sickly green glow surrounded the Adventurer briefly, causing its defense to decrease. Mikey raised his Bow Keyblade up into the air again, and used Nature's Favor on himself once more, the green glows again surrounding him and is foe, increasing his strength further, while further decreasing his foe’s defense. Seeing these odd lights going up around her Hula Girl blinked and jumped back, as Mikey charged towards the Adventurer, preparing an attack he knew as Arcane Darkness. With his Bow Keyblade with his left hand, dark purple aura surrounding it, he summoned out the Stroke of Midnight Keyblade with his right, veiled in a light blue aura, and leapt at the Adventurer slashing it repeatedly, each slash leaving a trail of dark energy in its wake, and bursting with it upon striking. Mikey was able to strike the Adventurer Heartless 12 times with this attack, but wasn't enough to take it down, and as he jumped back from attacking, Mikey withdrew his Stroke of Midnight Keyblade, the weapon vanishing as quickly as it appeared.


The Adventurer Heartless began to charge towards Mikey, but Hula Girl jumped in-between them, swinging her spear again in a wide arc, catching the charging Heartless by surprise and halting its advance, though again her blade did not pierce it, a fact that caused the jungle girl to narrow her eyes and furrow her brows. As Hula Girl interrupted the enemy Mikey reached to the quiver on his back with his right hand, and picked out an arrow, placing it on his bow keyblade, before he fired it at the Bag of Gold's back, causing it to reel back again. Hula Girl pressed her attack, leaping in and stabbing with her heavy bladed spear, slamming it against the enemy and knocking it back, but still not hurting it as much as it should, yet her attack bought her companion time. Mikey raised his Bow Keyblade up into the air once more, as the sky darkened above him, and 6 shooting stars came falling from the sky, aimed directly at the Adventurer Heartless, an attack known as Shining Star. Hula Girl saw these shooting stars and jumped back out of their way as they slammed into the Heartless, singing it and sending it staggering back. After the stars landed on their intended target, the sky became bright again, and though wounded, the Adventurer Heartless was still able to continue fighting.


The Adventurer Heartless began to charge towards Mikey once again, but Mikey dodged attack attack, as he reached to the his back with his right hand, and picked out another arrow from his quiver, placing it on his bow keyblade, and fired it at the Bag of Gold again. Hula Girl blinked at these strange magics she was seeing, and how they seemed to be hurting this foe while her spear couldn’t, but she wasn’t ready to give up just yet, that is until she saw Mikey starting to levitate up, clearly preparing another attack, and jumped back to get out of the way. As he levitated above the ground, preparing an attack called Radiant Glory, he threw his Bow Keyblade in a circular motion, causing it to rotate at very high speeds and hit the Adventurer Heartless. As it hit Mikey suddenly teleported and appeared at the other side, catching the Bow Keyblade and throwing it back to the Adventurer Heartless again before teleporting again, and again, and again. Mikey did this eight times, each time staggering the Adventurer Heartless, which was growing frustrated, and unexpectedly dove inside of the Bag of Gold. The Bag of Gold started to move its mouth, and it suddenly spat out the Adventurer directly towards Mikey, trying to get him with his flaming torch, but suddenly Hula Girl jumped in and smacked it back with her spear, it’s flames doing her no harm, as her attack knocked the Adventurer back at his Bag of Gold, shaking it head before settling back atop the bag.


Mikey responded by taking out another arrow from his quiver, and firing it at the Bag of Gold, continuing to do so as Hula Girl jumped out of the path of the arrows, as Mikey continued shooting, that is until he reached back for the next arrow, but found none. When Mikey realized this, he knew he was in a bit of trouble, and even as Hula Girl smacked the charging Heartless back again, he knew he had to think of another way to defeat the enemy. After dealing a barrage of arrows at the Heartless, Mikey had charged up enough energy to unleash his Wingblade form, focusing his energy as 6 energy blades appeared behind him around his back. Hula Girl saw this and knew he was preparing something big, she swung her spear a few more times at the Heartless, not caring if she hurt it anymore, so long as she kept it off balance and distracted, which several blows to its head certainly did. Mikey placed his Bow Keyblade on his back, and took hold of two energy blades, rushing at the Heartless, as Hula Girl nodded and leapt out of the way, Mikey slashing repeatedly. The Adventurer Heartless howled as it reeled back from each hit, losing health quickly, knowing that it didn't have much time left if it continued the way it did. The Adventurer Heartless stopped in its tracks, glaring down at Mikey, who could feel it building power for its next attack. Mikey put away one of his energy blades, and reached back for his Bow Keyblade, quickly raising his Bow Keyblade, and placing his energy blade on to it, as if it were an arrow. Hula Girl raised a brow at this, and finally pulled back, getting some distance for what was to come. Finally, The Heartless charged at Mikey for one final attack, with all its remaining strength, getting closer and closer as Mikey waited, holding his shot. When it was 10 feet in front of him Mikey fired his energy blade, which tore both the Bag of Gold and the bottom half of the Adventurer Heartless, leaving a large hole in the bag and destroying the lower half of the Adventurer. A moment later the arrow burst right behind the Heartless creating a massive shockwave, rattling the island, and causing Hula Girl and Mikey to lose their balance, as the Heartless was engulfed by the blast.



After everything had calmed down, Hula Girl was shaking her head as she and Mikey got back on their feet. When they did, they saw that the battle was over. The Adventurer Heartless was no more, and peace returned to Coconut Island.
