Actually Staccato came to be like Callygotchi did, from practice doodles x3
But I just Had to finish this one, because not only did the story behind this character inspire me on my previous (dream cat) piece, I also loved that Dhani got a friend ^^
I personally like how this turned out. The salt-and-watercolors technique is somewhat visible on the light green background too~

:) Salt and watercolour! I LOVE that technique, and you made it look gorgeous. The background makes me think of green tea, which is something I'm sure both Dhani and his cat friend love to drink XD
Staccato is steadily becoming one of my favourite 'characters' (though he doesn't have much of a personality yet!), so when I opened this, I literally SQUEED.
