Mascot: hey guys, hope you all doing well. Sorry I haven't chat for a bit, just been working on a few stories that taking my time. My creature from the real world told me that there is something scary going on, and people a little shaken. I'm not sure what to say, but all I can say is don't be afraid, things will be alright. I understand that the situation is scary, and have no clue what to say, or do. Here are three things you can do.

Step 1: take a deep breath: do a few breathing, it help you to relax your body, and your mind. If you do that, it should work.

Step 2: keep calm: always try to stay calm in situations. If you let yourself get too excited, it would be very difficult to relax the body, and make plenty mistake.

Step 3: things be alright: I know this step sound silly, especially when things are going crazy. But without this step, it would be difficult not only yourself, but anyone around you.

Mascot: so yeah try to follow these step, and you be ok. Plus for any safety hygiene, make sure to wash your hand at all time, and keep any other items clean as possible. Now then, if that all, I'm going to continue working, and hopefully to get something done.
