Bertha is a hybrid of several species of snakes (both poisonous and constrictor). She is able to produce several types of poisons, but none of them is deadly. Some can only paralyze the target, but she used most of them as an aphrodisiac and they are capable of causing the growth or shrinkage of the muscles, the whole body or just part of it at the victim. She must be careful because her own poisons affect her too
