Character is Laefa, owned by 
Qualzar. I made this because cute bird!! and for the challenge/practice.
The markings aren't the same across all the pictures of him, so I dunno how correct these ones are, but I reckon they're good enough!
I couldn't get him as cute as he ought to be, but oh well...
