I love this weird-headed baby. They have such an adaptable design despite being regularly compared to Rodan. To me, they're more like a mashup of a bat and a shark, with goblin-like themes. The fact that they were engineered makes it that much more interesting. I'd love to see a flock of Gyaos in a refreshed Gamera series!
