How does the 'no large groups' affect multi-furs? I mean what's the protocol for four heads on two bodies? Is it a group or a pair?

Should still count as one person, cause it's one body. Either it gets infected or it doesn't. It can't get half infected and threaten to infect its own other half. But when the body sharing thing is the result of a merger of two or more (non-infected) individuals, even a temporary one, that would pose an interesting question. Is the possibility to get infected higher (cause one infection would spread to all individuals) or would it be lower, since multiple non-infected individuals could share the same space at the same time and when maintaining proper distance to others shouldn't be affected... Hm... Food for thought...

Yeah, multi-headed or conjoined furs count as a single unit because of a shared body and immune system but it means to be twice as careful as having two faces and double the ways to self infecting.

Yeah, certain things I keep extras on automatically. Dr Sasquatch soap, shampoo, and TP under the bathroom sink!
