History: Adoptive daughter of Tobias and Galatia and twin brother, Bastian living in Braaka one of the sovereign colonies of Ustana under the cover name "Vaadia". Her and her brother's real names are shrouded in incognito to hide their true identity as Haebrum refugees. She attends the nature district academy Vekta where students are prepared to leave their nest and take on adult roles in the high cities of Xallam. Wanted to keep to herself and help her mother with the herbs at Gally's flower shop. That was until she met Shirley and joined the Apex tournament as Shirley's champion. Is close to her Brother Bastian though she is often by herself or with her new friend. She likes the history of the continent of Ustana and is seen with a book or two about this and is at times curious about Xallam and their way of life. Her entering the the tournament is that journey into the mystery of the High Cities of Xallam.
Artist's notes: I've been designing Sybil for years now. This was the fourth attempt at the latest redesign of her since the last redraw. I just didn't like the previous attempts leg placement, the third's face.I may adjust the hair a bit since later character designs gave me some ideas about hair. Also her ears are NOT white. I did that on purpose. They are a light shade of gray if someone (anyone) wants to do a drawing of or color her.
