So, here's a pierce that has quite a story!
This is the only time I have ever tried to chargeback an artist. Let me explain thou:

This was a YCH that I bought (and won without my trouble at all, starting bid), but things didn't go too well as ultimately, as they would put it: this took way too long.
and I mean things were going pretty well at first, I got a sketch, I asked for some changes, and then the artist went missing, with no communication, for weeks.
I waited, I was patient, I poked them through email and other sources, and I found that they were active on VK. I even reached out to the other client and found out they were given silence too. Which led me to think I was basically scammed.
After about a month of no communication and having already taken my money I started a paypal chargeback against them, and would you look at that they showed up not long after that happened! I don't know if they were playing some game with us, but I do know is they really, really did not like me doing that (no one would but it seemed to motivate them massively).
I did something not alot of people would be fond of: I refused to call off the chargeback until they showed proof they were still working on the commission. And they did, so I gladly called it off.
Despite all that, they didn't seem to hold a grudge after I called off the charge-back and, not long after the YCH was finished.

As for my thoughts on the final pierce, I'm not really a fan of buying into YCHs with more than 1 slot, I don't really like having my character along side someone else's, but I liked this one enough to try and the end result is a rather unique piece.
Likely not buying from this artist again as that one experience ruined it for me. (Not saying this WILL happen again, just what ended up happening with them, they did talk about how life got in the way thou later on so, it could have been a misunderstanding, in which case, I am sorry, but my choice is still adamant)
