Sonic the Hedgehog April Fool’s Day
It was a beautiful morning today. It was April 1st. J.C. was sleeping. He slowly opens his eyes and smiles. He knew today was April Fool’s Day.
Tails and Cream were walking in the park when they saw a twenty-dollar bill.
Tails: Hey, check it out. A 20-dollar bill!
Cream: Sweet! Lucky you. This must be your lucky day.
Tails: *laughs* I know, right? Well, finders keepers.
(Tails walks over to the dollar and falls down a hole).
Cream: Um... Maybe I spoke too soon.
Tails: GET ME OUT OF HERE!
# *laughs* April Fools, Tails!
Cream: The heck? J.C.? This was your doing?
# It is, Cream. I pull tricks like this every year on April Fool’s Day. I'm a beast on this day.
Cream: *laughs* Wow, impressive. But you're not going to pull any tricks on me, right?
# Of course not. Put it there, pal.
(J.C. wants to shake hands with Cream).
Cream: Um... Okay.
Cream shakes J.C.'s hand and she gets shocked. J.C. had a joy buzzer in his hand. Cream falls into the hole with Tails.
# April Fools! *laughs*
(J.C. runs off).
Tails and Cream: J.C.!
Vanilla stops by an ATM.
Vanilla: Ah, here we are. An ATM. Now I can get some money and do some shopping.
(A hose sticks out of the ATM).
Vanilla: Huh? What is that?
(Vanilla gets sprayed with water).
Vanilla: What on earth was that?! Where did all that water come from?
(The screen shows a symbol).
Vanilla: What the?
(The symbol was a blue lightning bolt and blue star with J.C.'s name on them. The "J" was gold and the "C" was silver. There was also a gold cross on the lightning bolt and silver cross on the star).
Vanilla: J.C.!
Knuckles was at home, ready to play his Xbox 360.
Knuckles: Here we go. My Xbox 360 is set up, now I can start playing.
(Suddenly, there was an explosion).
Knuckles: What was that?! What happened to my Xbox?!
(Knuckles checks the Xbox).
Knuckles: Huh. Seems perfectly fine. But what happened?
(The Xbox 360 opens).
Knuckles: The heck?
(The symbol was inside the Xbox).
Knuckles: J.C.!
Amy Rose and Blaze were in the kitchen.
Amy: Alright, Blaze. Now, I need two eggs.
Blaze: Okay. Coming right up.
(Blaze opens the fridge and a skeleton comes out, scaring them both).
Blaze: IT'S A SKELETON! RUN FOR IT!
Amy: Wait. Look at its chest.
(The symbol was on the skeleton's chest).
Amy and Blaze: J.C.!
Shadow was walking in the forest. He walks by a sign that said, "Shadow's Happy Place".
Shadow: Just keep walking, Shadow. You know very well it's April Fools.
(Shadow falls down a hole).
# *laughs* I got you, Shadow. The sign that says, "Shadow's Happy Place". Decoy, Shadow. Decoy. *laughs*
(J.C. runs off).
Shadow: J.C.!
Rouge was laying on her bed.
# Rouge the Bat! This is the police! You are completely surrounded! Come out with your hands up!
Rouge: The heck?
J.C. was outside the house, snickering quietly.
Rouge: YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIVE!
J.C. was surprised. Rouge jumps out the window and flies off.
Charmy was resting when he opens his eyes.
Charmy: Ah... What a lovely day. I have a feeling that today is going to be...
Charmy looks to see a head on his bed that looks like his own. He yelps and falls out of his bed.
Charmy: Wait.
(The symbol was on a card next to the head).
Charmy: J.C.!
Espio was relaxing in the bathtub.
Espio: Ahh... this is so relaxing. I could stay in here all day. I know, I'll put on some music.
(Espio gets up from the tub and was shocked to see his legs were green).
Espio: What the Sam Hill?! My legs! My legs are green! How did that happen?!
(Espio looks to see the symbol on a card by the sink).
Espio: J.C.!
Silver was sleeping on the couch. J.C. puts Silver's hand in a glass of water and leaves. Silver slowly opens his eyes.
Silver: Huh?
(Silver looks to see the symbol on the table).
Silver: J.C.!
Cosmo opens the door of her house.
Cosmo: Hello?
(Cosmo looks down to see flowers on the porch).
Cosmo: Oh, wow! Flowers. They must be from Tails and Cream. How sweet of them.
(Cosmo picks up the flowers).
Cosmo: They look so pretty and smell so...
(A bee pops out of the flowers, nearly scaring Cosmo out of her clothes).
Cosmo: Hold the phone...
(The symbol was on the bee's head).
Cosmo: J.C.!
In the kitchen was a basket of muffins, sitting on the counter. Shade was walking by when she saw them.
Shade: Huh? Oooh. Muffins! Yummy! How'd those get here? Oh, well. They look tasty.
(Suddenly, a cannon points out of the basket).
Shade: What the?
(The cannon fires, covering Shade with confetti).
Shade: Oh, my! Oh, it's just confetti. But who would...?
(The symbol was on the counter).
Shade: J.C.!
Vector was on his computer. Suddenly, Shoop Da Whoop appeared on his computer screen.
Shoop Da Whoop: I'MMA FIRING MY LAZER!
Vector: Oh, snap! SHOOP DA WHOOP!
(Vector hides under his desk when Shoop Da Whoop belches out a flag with the symbol on it).
Vector: Huh?
(Vector looks to see the flag).
Vector: J.C.!
There was a Poke ball on the ground. Sonic was walking by when he sees it.
Sonic: Huh? A Poke ball?
(Sonic picks up the Poke ball).
Sonic: Let's just see what's inside of you.
(Sonic throws the Poke ball and it opens).
Sonic was surprised to see that the Pokémon was a Grimer.
Sonic: Huh? A Grimer?
(Grimer hugs Sonic, surprising him).
Sonic climbs out, shocked from what happened.
Sonic: Yuck! The smell is horrible! What the?
(Sonic looks to see a card with the symbol on it. It was next to the Poke ball).
Sonic: J.C.!
J.C. was at home, lying on his bed.
# Ah... Another year go by, another day of me pranking everybody on one of my favorite days of the year. *sighs* What a great day this was.
There was a knock at the door.
# Who could that be?
J.C. opens the door and looks to see Cream and Vanilla, smiling at him.
Both: Hey, J.C.
# Oh, hey, Cream and Vanilla. Uh, listen. No hard feelings about today, right?
Cream: Naw, that's okay. No hard feelings.
# Okay. Cool.
Vanilla: Hey. Could you come with us for a minute?
# Uh... Sure. Okay.
J.C. follows Cream and Vanilla to the front of the house.
# So, what's this about? This some kind of a...
(J.C. was shocked to see the heroes he pranked holding laser guns at him).
# I THOUGHT YOU SAID NO HARD FEELINGS!
Cream and Vanilla: April Fools.
The laser guns fire at J.C.
