I came across a very lovely Pikachu Libre picture by an artist named Neozoa, and it inspired me to draw something similar. Then I started wondering if there was a Lucario Libre, but I only came across one image like that. And I decided that was not enough.
Yeah, I couldn't resist the idea of giving her a leotard for this one. :3 And I tried to keep her body a bit more stylized to try something a little different. Hope you guys enjoy how she turned out!
