This is lovely, Luis! Thanks for the honor to have my dear mascot Shiny to appear with FBP (he's staying a "friendly buddy pump" in my book, hehe. X3 ) together. 💕

Looks to me as like either Shiny got bouncy or buoyant here. The jolly Totodude sure doesn't mind either, makes it him a fun one to play around with after all. Maybe the lil pumping pranksterdude of his will go for a walk with his swiftly prepared Totodiloon? Or he just goes and bounces him above himself? It's sure that Shiny will gladly bring him some deflated balloons later at the party to snack on or pump up depending on what Shiny's cool and FBP is in the mood for. =D

The illustration reminds me quite some of some of the classic Hanna-Barbera cartoons that I enjoyed to watch, namely of Wally Gator. I always feel like your OC has that magical toony feel to what he does and in combination with the well outlined Shiny here (pointing out for example the way how you made Shiny's eyes more toony in the classic way and stretched some of his body features like the backplates in a cool way), it makes for some happy wacky ballooning times.
In general Shiny's details were all nicely executed. Nice work with the appearance!
The colors might not always been filled out completely but I appreciate that you tried to bring them still out well enough here.
Some tiny bumps in the outlines show that you tried with much effort to get them executed as best as possible. Shiny's body shape, the look of his facial expression, things like his paw's outlines and the neckerchief with the ♪ are perfectly done while you gave his head around the eye area a for your own characters familiar shape and the drawing a 'Luiskoa' flair. =3

Going by that Shiny looks bigger than his bike pump buddy, Shiny sure must be quite the big bloated Totodile of the day. I'm sure whatever may be in store for him yet, he'll be curious and glad about the surprise as much as I am. An adorable and totodily fun drawing that I hope you had a happy time with, Luis.
