Homemade Snack Pack [Omnivorous or Vegetatian]
SUPER Simple (if not a little time-consuming) and very tasty way to enjoy the delicious snack-pack flavours from home!

=Ingredients==
•Beef Block/or/Chicken Breasts/Eggplant/Mushrooms (Portabello or King Oyster) 500-1kg *choose one or a few to spice and pull for your toppings!
•Assorted Spices; Cajun, Siracha Salt, Lemon Pepper, Moroccan or Caribbean salt-rubs, etc
•Wedges or Chips (frozen packets)
•Sauces: Kewpie, BBQ, Tomato, Chilli, Sweet Chilli, Garlic Mayo, etc
=Recipe Instructions==
[I Typically make both the Vegetarian and Meat version when cooking for my household, so these instructions will list out in that fashion, but can do either side only as preferred!]
—Pre-heat a fan-forced Oven to 180°C
—Slice up your desired toppings (Meat or Veggies) into long-ish strips, heavily salt and season all those strips as desired/to taste then place into a grease-proof paper lined tray then place in the oven once up to heat with a fold covering.
[About an hour+ for meat, and 45 minutes to an hour for veggies. Meat cook slower than veggies typically and ovens differ, so pull that out to check on after the allotted time and check that the contents ate cooked through and soft, give more time if needed]
—Oven bake your Wedges or Chips as per packet instructions also, top a bed of those once ready with your jerked meat/veggies/mushrooms, add your desired sauces and READY to serve! ❤
