this is a revision of the character from scratch but i am having an issue with his eyes and cannot be sure if this is right or not ( i can increase and decrease pupil size as needed)

anyways i personally have a decently solid feeling on it but wanted to hear what everyone else thinks on it

You could try do the pupil(black part a but bigger) at the moment it looks almost creepy(at least for me)

i will see what happens when i make the pupil bigger as the reference to which he was modeled has the pupils about another 80% larger than these so i will upload an image later with the pupils at the larger size after i do some texturing :)

that requires making shape keys or rigging

imma do a simple texturing bit and see how well this works and upload the iterations here :)
