He definately gives off the "Use any means to win" vibe and he seems like the kind of guy who'd wipe a town out just becuase he felt they were inferior to him. He's straight up straight. Not evil like the sith lord or Vador, just straight forward to mess with this guy evil. Nice!

I really have to say, I love the backgrounds you did for these two pictures. The sketchy theme that goes with the character works wonderfully to bring out the sharp, color image of the character.
