to tell the true, no... it's just one more defence mechanism of our body if we have too much bad stuff incide, like consrvants, different E-additives and such. Also it can be a resul of hormonal changes (for example for teens when they grow up, or women have hormonal chnages every month) At least it can happen when a person don't care about skin and don't wash it..
