I mean... what's your problem with Nick and Judy as a couple that you apparently love to shit on it? And what's this "loyalist" bullshit, shipping isn't some sort of political party, I can appreciate crackships with Judy and Nick, when done well.

The thing is, that the implications, already paint Finnick as a badguy here, who extorts someone's guilt and need for help for sex. Why does sex in your setting always have to have a negative/malicious initiator? Is it really hard to come up with wholesome scenarios?

I think the most we interacted, that I do remember, was that one time where you had Nick and Judy make fun of a Nick fangirl vixen and then back-pedalling it later when me and one other guy mentioned about it. I wasn't even particularly mad about it at the time when I first posted about it but the "Nah ah, they're totally in character" when any other comic that is not wildehopps get the "THIS IS OOC! THIS ARTIST SUCKS!" treatment was what truly got to me. In the end I gave up on the matter and apologized to everyone because I realized the whole discussion was stupid in the first place and I should have just ignored it all.

You misinterpreting the plot of my comic is not equal of me back-padeling or them being OOC. Judy and Nick never made fun of that Vixen, the vixen's entire presence in the comic was only for Nick and Judy to do stealth-sex while Nick was on the phone with someone. Yeah, she was flirty with Nick, but that's EVERYTHING that was there about her character, she wasn't a fan-girl, she wasn't a in love with Nick, Nick and Judy barely knew her. She could've been flirty for all kind of reasons, and I wanted to leave that blank so the reader could fill it out. You filling it out with something that caused you upset, was YOUR CHOICE. People are perfectly fine with Nick being drawn getting railed by the entire ZPD, tossed around like a blowup doll, but if Judy so much as looks at another character, like Gideon for example, WildeHopps shippers feel completely and utterly betrayed. The “hero bunny cop” comes knocking on his door months after blackmailing his hustling partner, and his first conscious thought seems not to be “why should I tell you, what do you want” but instead “I’m going to blackmail this bunny for sex”.

True, but that's the same for any fan base. I mean, I like Rick and Morty, but holy crap is does that one have some vocal, toxic fans. Makes it hard for new fans to come in, and even drowns out the original praise.

I don't even get what's to be upset about this story. There's a clear difference between a Judy X Finnick story, and what this is (even though you're totally free to write those ones if you want to). And besides, above all else, no matter how this comic turns out, Siroc could never butcher these characters or a story as bad as some other amateurs like Borba. The lowest bar has been set, and everyone is free to go above it.

I'm getting a lot of fans saying this is exactly as bad as Borba. Some people really can't stand the idea of anything outside their ship existing for some reason. In a fandom with the motto 'Try everything'.

That...that's not possible. How can it be possible? The fact that there hasn't been any dialogue reminiscent of a cheesy Mexican soap opera makes it a million times better. The characters are slightly off their personalities, but just to the effect of it being smut.

Fans like me don't mind when they are just being naughty because, well, it's just naughty. It's so far away from the original source's content that there's no need to get upset over it. It's usually when a different romance is forcibly involved do people like me feel a little upset.

Now if Judy got together with Finnick at the end, then I would scratch my head in confusion. Adding romance would be weird. But I feel like it's just going to be a good old "person reluctantly does a sexy favor but slowly finds themselves liking it" story.
