T.=.T I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to get him, but I got so super lucky, thank god. I had 173 transient stones saved up through logins, I did 3 pulls of 10, I got his 3-star variant on the first pull, and on the very last pull, I actually got his 5-star variant as well. Oh man, I screamed like a girl when I saw him lol. Finally, another dragon dude in the game! Now we have 2! <3
