The heavy music boomed around the dimly lit room full of dancing patrons, neon lights buzzing and flashing as everyone got their groove on down on the dance floor. The club was a very popular attraction for youths and young adults alike as they danced to the cacophony of music and chatter. She was out there on the floor losing herself to the beat of the seemingly endless tune as her body flowed and weaved in an entrancing dance, drawing looks from many a man and even a couple of women as she cut through the dance floor.
“Hey babe.” As she spun and moved a hulking hunk of a man appeared in her path bringing her fluid dancing to a momentary pause, flashing her a trademark smile that made girls with dreamy eyes swoon with simply a glancing hit. “You dance so smooth like you are the embodiment of music itself.” He told her as he reached a hand out meant to rest upon her shoulder, but she smirked and danced around and under his arm twirling around him as he tried to turn with her.
“If I'm music then you can't stop this beat hun.” She told him with a smirk and a wink at him before dancing into the crowd and disappearing within leaving him sanding there slack-jawed. Every time she came here there was always one guy who'd try it on with her, but each and every time she had effortlessly deflected them. Not because they weren't cute – some had been real gorgeous hunks – but because her heart and spirit belonged to someone else.
And speaking of, her special someone had just awkwardly entered the lively club making her heart flutter and her smile heavenly as she danced towards him twirling into him as he caught her in his arms. “Sorry I'm late, traffic was bad.” Hunter told his girl as he stared lovingly into her eyes, their noses less than an inch apart. “Hope you weren't having too much fun without me.”
“Are you kidding? Its been so boring but now that you're here the fun can really start!” She giggled as she gave his lips a quick but tender kiss as she took his hands and led him onto the dance floor.
