This is AWESOME what'd you use to give it that green glow? Now that I think about it this reminds me a lot of the transmutation circles from fma, did you get your inspiration from there?

actually I just made a few multiples of the layer and gaussian blurred the heck out of the copies underneath. As for inspiration I guess theres a little FMA there but also more inspiring animes that I cant think of the names of :P

I don't even think he googles anything, he just takes this crap right off the top of his head. XD it's freakin astounding.

Also - it's easy to get the proportions right on any geometric shape - just get a protractor and draw a circle, creating a point up at 90º. Then just divide 360 by the number of points in the desired star, and keep making marks around the edge of the circle using the protractor at those intervals. Once you have all the points, just connect every other one and you've got your perfectly proportioned star! ^.=.^
