Well here is my Sona
He is like cross between doctor who and Q. He has spent billions of years traveling and exploring the multiverse. He rarely uses his god-like powers when out in the field, he prefers to live like the rest of the peoples of the multiverse. He has an extreme interest in interacting and studying and some times living with all the races of the multiverse. The only power he really uses is his ability to shape shift into any life form. Note he can only shape shift into a male of a species or a single gendered species, and he can not reproduce with others, this is a heavily enforced law of his race. He also has and gained extensive knowledge of the many peoples, places, things, times, and events among other things. He is also pretty much a walking data base on countless species throughout the multiverse.
