It was never canonically shown if the judge was set free from Pythor's belly in that episode. Even when he stated "Stop moving, or I'll never let you out~" he never let the man go. Though one can also assume he was digested by Pythor after the judge crawled up his throat and modified his scorecard last second.

What? You... he literally says "He swallowed me!" followed by him struggling, pythor hitting him and saying "QUIET! Or else I won't let you out~" And later after during the climax the judge's arm slips up him throat and writes a 1 on a scorecard that said 0 so the heroes win. AND THEN HE SWALLOWS IT BACK DOWN
