So I hurt my back on Sunday and I've been taking Vicidon for the pain and putting heat pads on it all day. It hurts to sit down for a long period of time, I can't bend over, put up anything heavy, and it hurts to walk on hard floor.
This has happen to me before, when I slip a disk like 5 years ago. I dont think is has anything to do with my spine but it make me remember the pain I went tho. So in the back of my head I would alway worry when every I hurt my back that I might have slip a disk again or that I might have done damage to my spine some how. So I try not to think about it.
