Well, actually, I would normally taunt the living hell out of them from a safe distance, wait for them to charge in, interrupt my taunt with a dodge, enter witch time and then beat the crap out of them... but I'm rarely at low health enough that it's one of those "If I don't do this, I'm dead" options, and if it is, normally I'm too much in the fray to find a safe haven.

Besides, I think I've found out that not attacking in which time makes it super short.
