This is clearly inspired by VA-11 Hall-A, if you've seen/played the game - if not, I encourage you to play it! It's awesome. Anyway, I wanted some kinda art of Echo assuming the role of a bartender. I thought she'd be great at it, if the circumstances required it of her. ... And that she'd look cute in a dressy uniform.
