I've been trying to get better at this for literally the last few months.
At the end I felt that maybe it was getting easier. That turned out to be a complete illusion. Plus, my half-human OCs are inherently uncanny.
At this point I'm just sick of the frustration. I'm out of the race, everyone else have fun.
