Well, I don't think they SUCK per se, I just think it went WAAAAY downhill with Diamond/Pearl. There are several songs in it I like, but a lot of them are just kind of boring. It seemed like with Ruby and Sapphire, no matter which one you listened to, it was amazing! So yeah, kind of a disappointment.
I'm pretty impressed with Soul Silver's music though, right now. =D Some new tunes scattered around the main screen I really like (especially the Pokewalker connect screen), and all the remixes are making me pretty happy.

Yeah! They did that with the original Gold/Silver too. They turned it into a Radio Tower. Lavender Town was becoming a technological city by that point and no longer about remembering the dead Pokemon. =( That's neat that this was better than SS/HG's Lavender Town. I haven't heard it yet.
Awesome. ^^ I don't really watch the anime anymore, but I keep playing the games... because I think the whole concept of humans and creatures depending on one another and the deep bonds of love and trust between different species is just adorable... and admittedly attractive. ^^ I like to play the games, catch a bunch of female Pokemon, and then admire them as they fight for me and become stronger and happier and become powerful and impressive! <3 Games are still pretty fun and interesting story-wise as well... the only RPG that can really keep my interest. I'm more of a twitch gamer... games that require you to have perfect timing and don't have a lot of complicated choices to make. Oh, and of course... the music of Pokemon games are just so awesome. XD That's how I made my debut on FA really... just remixing Pokemon music before I came up with my dolphin character and getting gift art and trying my own hand at drawing and whatnot.
I don't really watch the anime any more either, after the first two series it went down hill and never got much better, but the games on the other hand have. Which is what I love. I adore the concept of the games myself and find it very in depth, which is quite rare for such a causal game. There are so many styles of play to it and there's an infinite number of teams that can lead you through your goals, which gives replay and fun value.
Also I think your remixes rock, I'd favorite all of them but I don't like doing that so I selected my most favorite instead. You have a good ear for music, and I can't wait to hear more of your work in the future.
