Odd. Picture's not showing for me- doesn't seem to be a snag for anyone else, and snag doesn't extend to any other picture either from you or anyone else. All I get is a little icon and then Fulfilling Your Role, and if I highlight it, I get 'click to change the view', so that's where the image is supposed to be.
