The past three weeks have been somewhat different from what we're used to. It seems like the world has slowed down its crazy pace. It's a great time to spend more time talking with your family, friends and relatives (which might've been forgotten or stopped being talked due to work or other problems.), to reflect on things which are important for you.

One of the most important things for me is the freedom to create things. It feels amazing to be able to do something you love without any restrictions, to express yourself. So I took my time to improve in drawing (digitally) and create something nice or cute. Drawing also helps me cope with stress during quarantine.

I made this painting of Shonu (one of my fav characters I wish I drew more art of) because I wanted to improve my digital art skills or at least to remember the basic things about it since I've been creating mostly traditional artworks for a while now. And here's what I came up with: a cute, happy dog being surrounded by this weird magical thing. Fire? Energetic field? Something that guards Shonu from all the negativity, disasters? I have no clue. But it looks nice.
