I had no idea what 
wanted- he'd given me the vague idea that it should have a unicorn in it... Anyway, I went and dug through his gallery to find a ref, since the poor guy had waited two years, I felt I needed to do something more than just the simple pencil sketch he'd won.
So I thought, why not give him a full-colour icon? >^__^< Then I discovered that he had jack for refs, and I had no idea what his character looked like below the shoulders... NOOOOO.

Thank you! I'd very much appreciate it. I've sent him the link to this through the notes, but I'm not sure how often he's online. I really hope he likes this, but I'll certainly do something else, if he prefers. Also, mention that I can send him the full files once I get an email address. :) That way, I can send him both the icon-sized and the big PSD file- the last especially if he'd like to make any changes (like alter the text-font if he'd like).
Well, it's your prize, actually-do you remember the Caption-Contest I'd had? *blushes* Life had gotten in the way of finishing these, and I owed you this one. >^__^< I'm so glad you like it! took me three tries to get an image I thought would work, and well, I obviously drew inspiration form your zombie-corn icon. *chuckle* The first one had you in a hot-tub-sized coffee mug, your brown fur all curly... The second kinda made you look like a fuzzy Einstein with goggly eyes and looking either demented or jittery... Unfortunately, there was too much detail for an icon, and they were hard to see...

Your quite right, I don't have much up for character referances. For many years I didn't have money to spend on art and, I need a straightedge to draw a blank myself. I've got one commissioned from a great artist, but like you they also have the timething in seeming short supply.
