Was it furry fiesta? Man I feel like I miss out on everything :(

No no, Furry Fiesta was in Addison(Dallas), this was about a week afterwords. I was there because I had picked something up for my besty  kanasta_k at Furry Fiesta, and it was the best way to get it to her.

What is the Con's official name so I can look up the website? I always knew about Furry Fiesta, but it is always inconvenient because it's so far away. Houston is so much better. There's a great difference between 5 hours and an hour and a half orz. I can look forward to this one now.

www.furryfiesta.org is the cons official website, and its official name is Furry Fiesta, though I've heard it referred to as Texas Furry Fiesta, but then any excuse to stick Texas in anything right? xD

The Houston meets, from what I understand, go on every first Sunday of the month. The person you wanna talk to about that would be  mamacherish or if you're interested in meeting more furries across the state, there is www.lonestarfurs.org

Thanks. Hopefully Texas Fur Cons will become more popular soon. I tend to only be able to go to Oni-Con and A-KON every year, but these are both Anime Conventions. I noticed that plenty of furries end up going too though. Oni and A are pretty open to just about anything related to the internets and the lulz.

Well, this was Furry Fiesta's second year, and it was even bigger than last year. There's a sizable furry community in this state, but I think there will be only one fur con in the state, just cause it gives us all an excuse to see each other in one place. :)

This is what suiting means to me...the wonder in a childs eye ...sometimes a bit of fear but it usually turns to joy when they can "pet" you. };=)
