...The outlaw has given Xyk a choice: topple the barrel and hang himself, or wait for the powder to explode. Either way, it looks grim for the coyote, and the villain is smugly walking away, waving farewell with a grin.

What the outlaw doesn’t see, however, is that Xyk has cleverly hidden his deputy’s badge in his palm, and he’s desperately using it to cut away at the ropes around his wrists! Will he free himself and escape? Or are these his last minutes alive?..
