Dazzle is an Inteleon/Pangoro hybrid. He was found by Phantom as a Sobble, drifting alone in the sea clinging to a Manaphy egg, and was later rescued from the pirate from Pokemon Rangers, eventually finding a permanent home on Fiore and becoming the partner Pokemon of a young ranger named Vuren. As Dazzle grew older, he shifted from a fearful Sobble to a protective Inteleon. Dazzle has a strong sense of justice and is extremely passionate about keeping others safe, partially motivated by being unable to save Vuren's life while on a mission.
