Oh ok! Thank you for bringing that up. I've never done these before lol so I apologize for my inexperience. I'll make sure to add that when I get the chance! I assumed that putting the red text over it would be enough, but a watermark with my name would probably work better to keep people from robbing me blind lol
Hi! From what I've seen in most art communities, copyright is a civil matter, not a criminal one, and Nintendo doesn't really sue or go to court on small time artists for selling/redistributing fanart. It definitely isn't legal, but unless Nintendo were to bring it up and take me to court, there aren't really any repurcussions.
This was a helpful reminder though! I forgot to put in my description that the pokemon and all content of the pokemon company isn't mine, and I just made the artwork for it. I'll be more careful in the future to make sure that I give proper credit to the original creators.
