zephyrhero of his character Feng Quan which might translate to "Wind Fist" in very poor Chinese. I'm not sure but I tried, okay?
This was kind of fun. The costume is supposed to resemble Chun-Li's in design but I changed the color, added a cape, changed the bracelets to more of a Hung Gar style and added the pattern which I think worked well.

Man, I actually wish I could subscribe to this magazine; the articles sound really interesting:
Distracting costumes: I only point and laugh internally, as they usually just look silly. Otherwise it varies by gender and personal preference.
Most useless powers: You'd be amazed how often they come in handy in completely oddball situations.
Power rankings: Let the feuds begin
Though, with her hand covering up her right breast...it almost look like she just has some big ball under her dress in the middle. Maybe my eyes just need a rest. But I do like the outfit.
