To celebrate for the new game Half Life Alyx (Which is already out), I wanted to make some diapered creatures for the game itself. The first is a Vortigaunt, using his powers to poof up his Black Mesa diaper to a large quantity (Please ignore the bad drawing of the thigh connection to the diaper, I just realized that when I started to post this. DX). And yes, I said this was the first, there will be two more later on, maybe.
