So, I'm starting a Fallout Equestria tabletop campaign with some friends. Along with Tough Love, Onyx, and Jet, Rail Runner is meant to be another NPC. He hauls train cars along the tracks that are in usable condition, serving as a sort of fast travel service in the wasteland. His base of operations is an old train yard, that could make for a nice settlement with some fixing up.
