Personally recommendation, we usually don't use so direct a character, even in a demonic circle. You know, Chinese mysterious culture. And the typeface is an oldschool official one. I thought over for several hours trying to find a proper character, sadly I didn't get reasonable scores back in school.
"戮" is somewhere near the "hunt for killing" in what I can think of. And the typeface, the double accelerated handwrite version called 草 (yah it means illegible, not so pejorative though) is usually used for strong emotional expressions. For example the "死" in Onepunch Man S01E05 is the another recommendation. I'm not sure which one is better here.
If you're interested I can send you some pictures of characters for reference.
