Races of Final Haven: Cartoon Style (Outlines)
In an attempt to practice with my much-neglected Wacom tablet, I decided to work on an older sketch of mine.
I'm not unhappy with how this turned out. Obviously I need a LOT of work, but this sort of thing offered a lot of different shapes for me to work on. I still have issues with making smooth lines (without it getting jagged/wiggly), and curves from the 10 to 5 positions. I think that the line thickness is a bit bolder than I would have liked, but once I started, I figured I'd just continue with it.
The next practices will be working with varied line thickness a bit more like I would with Micron pens.
The Races are (top row) Gargoyle, Orc, Avyana, Tsunotaur, Human and Valkin'Vi and (bottom row) Beastman, Elf, Dwarf, Ga'Vin, Kitsune and Guthrie.
