Intervening N! (A pixel Scaling Perspective Test)
This peice is showing what i was doing when i messed around in a Windows 3D model viewer that comes packed in with like every copy of Windows 10. I had viewed a model of a cutscene environment that's featured in Pokemon Black and White and i thought, "i wish i can get these 2D sprites on 3D environment down right". So i screenshotted a good angle of the area and put in the Sprites of my Self-insert trainers based of me and my irl brothers, including N into the scene. I'd tried adding the overworld Sprite of kyurem Behind N but the angle it was protrayed in didn't work out plus i was busy dealing with layering issues putting down shadows for the entities.
Longstory short, in gen 5 and 4 games, whenever a character sprite in the OW is far away, it uses less pixels and uses some sort of anti-aliasing but without the blur effect put to it. I tried to replicate that in this scene with how far the sprites are distanced from one another.
