Presidents don't have the supernatural ability to predict and prevent outbreaks with absolute perfection. Nobody blamed Barack Obama for the swine flu, ebola, and zika outbreaks during his time in office, so why should Donald Trump be treated any differently? He's only doing what health advisors are recommending him to do, so if you have a problem with how the current administration is handling things, blame those people first.

Also, it's worth keeping in mind that back when the first confirmed Covid-19 cases were identified in states like California, the Democrats in those states initially downplayed it, telling everyone to go hug strangers in Chinatown while spending most of their time on a pointless impeachment trial that went nowhere. Only now are Democrats claiming to take the outbreak seriously after pushing to shut down the country's economy and put more people at risk. None of that is Donald Trump's fault, nor is pointing it out "hate speech".
