A horned lizard with skills and a temper that defy her size and appearance, Rassa possesses the Deadeye ability, which allows her to fire bullets of blood from her eyes. She has the precision to hit targets miles away, practiced for all her 28 years, which allows her to pull off a number of heists. Her reputation has earned her the title "La Chiquita Diabla", or "the little devil".

Kinda came up with her on a whim, with a random thought of "what if I made a shortstack character?", and decided a horned lizard might make for an interesting design. Rassa's name is derived from the blood flower (latin name: Asclepias curassavica), and the variety of red wine called claret (which also is used as a slang for "blood" in some places). Together it sounded cowboy-ish enough, which fits Rassa's whole wild-west look.
